📱 1. Use of the App

Preppie is provided as-is for personal, educational use. We're here to help you study smarter and build great study habits — but we can't guarantee specific exam results. Your success depends on your effort and consistency.

🔒 2. Local-First Data

All your study data — exams, tasks, sessions, and streaks — are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device and its security.

If you sign in with Google, you may optionally back up your data to Google Drive's hidden app folder. This backup is encrypted in transit and only accessible by you.

📚 3. Study Guides

Preppie includes built-in study guide templates (SAT, GRE, etc.) as starting points. These are not official exam prep materials — they're structured plans to help you organize your study time. Always supplement with your own materials and official resources.

The Preppie name, logo, and methodology are owned by the Preppie team. You may not reproduce or redistribute the app content without permission.

⚖️ 5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Preppie or its creators be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of the app. Preppie is a study tool, not a substitute for professional educational guidance.
